Going through treatment for cancer, the small, quiet acts taught me that kindness isn’t just about doing, it’s about noticing. At Neuu, this is what we’re built on. Seeing people. Holding space. Honouring the story.

During my treatment, I was determined to keep things 'normal' so would strut into the ward with gusto in the latest fashion with my bright red lipstick. A dear friend was due to visit me before a round of chemotherapy, beforehand she went to fancy artisan chocolate shop to have a fun message painstakingly piped onto a heart slab. It was meant to say "sexiest chemo b*tch" however they missed that all-important extra e.

I give to you the one, the only, Sexist Chemo B*tch. I was just trying to be fabulous, but a rogue chocolatier framed me as a hospital chauvinist ⚠️
