Meet the Robinsons
She’s originally from Australia. Sunny disposition, straight-talking and tiny with a big personality.
With over 20 years in psychology, anatomy and wellness, Emma blends her knowledge of holistic wellbeing with a passion for enhancing confidence. She brings international experience from Australia, Italy and the United Kingdom, where she has championed work that restores body awareness and nurtures lasting resilience.
Emma’s passion is deeply personal. Having experienced cancer firsthand, including surgery and chemotherapy, she truly understands how changes to the body can impact confidence, resilience, and identity. She recognises that skin trauma and health challenges often carry emotional weight, and approaches her work with empathy and insight.
This isn't just about scar camouflage, nipples and areolas, scar microneedling, massages and guest speaking. You could find those services elsewhere. But finding someone who has that expertise, alongside lived experience of significant body changes and a global perspective in curating confidence? That's neuü.
“Emma, I know that whoever you talk to will be bowled over and inspired by you!”
He has no Aussie accent. But he is tall. And looks good on his motorbike.
Whilst Emma is the face of neuü and likes to think she’s the boss, Peter lets her believe it. His 23 year background in design and creativity brings precision and vision to his work, blending an artists eye with aesthetics. Every detail is considered and intentional, shaped by years of experience in visual composition and a natural instinct for balance and form.
His personal journey with hair loss and subsequent experience with scalp micropigmentation (SMP) have not only transformed his own sense of self, but also ignited a powerful empathy for others navigating similar challenges.
Looking for a specialist in SMP with lived experience of hair loss and an artists instincts? That's neuü.
“Peter had a keen eye for detail and a reassuring presence, I knew I was in safe hands”
Together, they have built a safe, restorative space where you can feel seen, supported and celebrated. It’s a place to reconnect with yourself, to feel refreshed and maybe even discover something neuü in you. Because often, the most meaningful journeys are the ones back to yourself.
When away from the clinic, Emma and Peter enjoy exploring new destinations, relishing the tranquillity of crisp morning walks, obsessing over pistachio gelato, staying active at the gym and experimenting with fresh flavours in the kitchen.
Welcome to something neuü. We’re honoured to be part of your journey.
