Here's a body that’s survived every opinion, including my own 🤦🏼‍♀️

F took me to a secret folder in her phone and highlighted all her flaws in recent holiday snaps. Ready? Double chin in one. Stomach roll. Neck fat. Freckles that looked too freckly.

But then I remembered how I once picked apart this holiday photo, weighed down by feeling “too gaunt" and a brain not wired for post-cancer body positivity.

We now curate a highlight reel of 'life', with some believing that if an image isn’t flawless, it isn’t worth sharing. And what is social media anyway, a grid of squares? A digital mirror? 🤷

Next time your wife dislikes a photo of herself, your son angles his jaw just right, your grandkids rehearse the same TikTok dance for the sixth time, or your colleague cringes at her LinkedIn headshot; remind them worth isn't measured in pixels but in presence 💕And that no one actually gives a f*ck as they are too busy worrying if their own freckles are too freckly.

At neuü we welcome every body, with the firm belief that being mean to yourself won't make you feel better, but perhaps being kinder to yourself might?
