Microneedling magic in Cheltenham 💉

This was H’s first microneedling session to treat a scar on her leg. We began with an 18-point plastic needle cartridge to gently introduce the skin to treatment before progressing to a metal needle in future sessions.

Microneedling works by creating controlled micro-injuries in the skin, which stimulates the body’s natural healing response. This process encourages collagen and elastin production, two proteins essential for smoother, stronger, even-toned skin.

The redness visible here is expected and indicates that the skin is beginning its repair phase 💫
